How to enter? (Giveaway requirements)

To participate in the giveaway, you must:

1. Play the Jerkmate Ranked game on jerkmate.com/jerkmate-ranked 
2. Share your result on X using the #JerkmateRanked hashtag before February 28th, 2025 
3. You may enter multiple times by sharing new results
4. Check your X inbox to see if you have won
5. Verify your age through a third party to confirm you are at least 18 years old 

Prizes

Eligible participants have a chance to win one of the following prizes:

• Five (5) Amazon Electronic Gift Cards valued at $100 USD each 
• A two hundred (200) Gold credit funded in your Jerkmate Account ($200 USD value)  

Jerkmate Trophies will also be given out to eligible participants selected randomly.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, X or Amazon.

Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to adults who complete the giveaway requirements mentioned above. The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide unless restricted by local laws or regulations. Entrants must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in the state/province/country in which they reside) as of their date of entry in this Giveaway and must verify their age in order to qualify. This Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Jerkmate employees, its subsidiaries and affiliated entities and their directors and officers (collectively the “Excluded Entrants”), as well as members of an Excluded Entrant’s immediate family and/or those living in the same household as the Excluded Entrants are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Sponsorship. The sponsor is Jerkmate (“Sponsor”). Sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or other product or service other than Sponsor. 
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Giveaway You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the outcome of this Giveaway. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and any interpretation of these rules or any instructions given by a Sponsor’s representative regarding this Giveaway, these Official Rules shall prevail.
4. Giveaway Entry Period: This giveaway begins on February 6th and ends on February 28th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Giveaway, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
5. How to Enter: Eligible entrants must follow the instructions mentioned above in “How to enter ? (Giveaway requirements)”. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. NO ACCOUNT CREATION IS NECESSARY. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Giveaway requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating said entries and removing them from the giveaway at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Prizes: A total of six (6) Winners (a “Winner”) will be eligible to receive one of the six (6) prizes mentioned above. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded but is estimated to be USD $700. The prize must be accepted as is. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equivalent value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be substituted for cash or other prize equivalent. Limit of one (1) prize per Entrant.
7. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. 
8. Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The Sponsor will notify the Winner(s) through its X inbox within 7 days following the Winner selection. Each Winner must verify their age through a third party solution designated by Sponsor in order to confirm being at least 18 years old. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk nor shall the Sponsor be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner 1) fails to reply to Sponsor within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent or 2) is found ineligible, said Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected by a subsequent random drawing from eligible Entrants, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Receipt of the prize by the Winner is subject to compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and these Official Rules. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. If no additional Entrant is declared a Winner within thirty (30) days of the original draw, the Sponsor may cancel the Giveaway.
9. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway for causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, including corruption of the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Giveaway. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the giveaway or website or violate these Official Rules will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to multiple entries from the same user. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this Giveaway constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or this Giveaway; 5) electronic error or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or 6) Prize lost, stolen, delivered late, delayed, or damaged.
11. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS APPLICABLE IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Giveaway, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in the judicial district of Quebec having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. Language: The Official Rules for this Giveaway are provided exclusively in English. By participating, you acknowledge and accept that it is your responsibility to review and understand the terms.
13. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected from Entrants and submitted with an entry will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, Entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in the Jerkmate.com Privacy Policy available here.
